Rana Samaha has worked on international oil, gas, and energy policy issues. Rana previously served as an economist with the United Nations Development Program and the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade in Beirut and has taught International Finance and Economics at the Lebanese American University and the American University of Beirut. Rana holds an MSc in Global Market Economics from the London School of Economics, as well as a BA in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
